郑扬，1990年生，河南商丘人，香港城市大学政治学博士，中共党员，情es大全看书网站讲师。长时间关注基层治理、城市社区建设、业主运动、物业纠纷等议题。论文发表在《Journal of Contemporary China》，《China Perspective》，《China: An International Journal 》，《The China Nonprofit Review》，《社会科学》，《上海行政学院学报》，《复旦城市治理评论》等刊物。

城市治理（urban study）,公共政策， 国家与社会，基层社会治理（城市社区），业主行动。
